This is a "success oriented" fun time. Every session is a journey to the heart of rhythm, building excitement and community, and connecting deeply to ourselves and each other.

Come on out to the Beats 'n' Brews Rhythm Groove at Four Bullets Brewery! Will be outdoors weather permitting!
Quaff delicious craft brews and throw down on some delectable rhythms! Bring a drum if you have one, if not, no worries, I've got you covered! I will be bringing plenty of extra drums and percussion toys!
This will be a fun, high energy, low ego rollicking good time! Get a sneak peak here!

TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process
The TaKeTiNa process is a path that empowers us to enter, experience, and internalize a state of mind where the consciousness of simultaneity enables us to cut through the illusion of polarity and create a new vision of reality. Through TaKeTiNa, we are able to understand how chaos can be a creative power. Simultaneously experiencing several different rhythms anchored in our body movements opens new dimensions of our awareness. TaKeTiNa invites us to listen to the pulse of life.​​​​

Build Your Own Dream Djembe

Have you been wanting a top notch djembe for yourself? Been wanting to learn how to maintain and re-head your drum? Or maybe you want to bring your ho-hum drum to eye popping and ear cracking? Want to make yourself a drum that would go for $650+ but save yourself a couple hundred dollars while gaining all the skills and knowledge to care for it over its lifetime? By the end of this class you will be able to perform all aspects of djembe repair, maintenance and upgrade! You will end up with the drum of your dreams and the know how to do it yourself, saving you hundreds of dollars over the life of your drum.
