Let’s celebrate life in its intensity! Meet this moment with new energy, devotion and mindfulness.

Are you looking to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety?

  • Improve your mood and well-being?

  • Increase self-awareness and self-confidence?

  • Enhance creativity and intuition?

  • Promote physical and emotional balance?

TaKeTiNa is about deep connection with life through rhythm. It is a practice, a path, that leads you into a deep meditation where we learn to find stillness in chaos, silence our inner critic, develop multi-layered awareness and connect with our inner rhythm!

What is TaKeTiNa? - TaKeTiNa is a system of rhythm and movement that was developed by Reinhard Flatischler in the 1970s based on the idea that rhythm is the foundation of life and that by connecting with our own rhythm, we can find greater peace, harmony, and well-being. As rhythm is a fundamental part of the human experience, by working with rhythm we can connect with our inner selves and with the world around us.

The rhythmic movement helps to release tension and stress, and to connect with the body's natural rhythms. The music helps to create a sense of spaciousness and stillness, and the meditation helps to deepen the experience of connection and inner peace.

Dive into a profoundly elegant rhythm meditation and experience silence, generate resilience and stability, and develop multi-layered awareness. You will discover and open up new spaces within yourself and expand your consciousness.

TaKeTiNa is an invitation to go at your own pace, to make mistakes as part of the learning, to let go of mental activities for more body awareness, more trust, more laughter, more empathy; more life ! To be in rhythm, to forget, to observe and to get to know yourself deeper and deeper, to be led into timelessness by sounds and to open other layers of consciousness – this is the journey we invite you to.

Moving in rhythm, free dancing, listening, meditation and relaxation alternate and flow into each other. Rhythm is joy and energy but also quietness and peace. TaKeTiNa is the place where music and meditation meet to bring us a sense of expansive space and timelessness.

TaKeTiNa is suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds. No previous experience or musical training required! Open and accessible to all! TaKeTiNa is a beginner-friendly practice. The instructor will provide guidance and support throughout the workshop.

$35 per session, or $90 for any 3 sessions.
